All you need to do to stand a chance of being the recipient of a complimentary weekend in one of our suites is to email us your favourite photograph of cape town (it must be one that you have taken) at campsbaycompetition@gmail.com and give us a display name and some encouraging text- (it doesn't have to be your own name but it will help you get votes) - if everything is suitable we will add it here and let you know the details. The rules are simple - at the end of September the photograph with the most likes wins!
DEADLINE: Closing deadline is 30 September 2011.
ENTRY: To enter is FREE, Participants must be at least 18 years old.
THEME: The September Competition theme is a celebration of African natural heritage.
Photographs must be of South African nature - wildlife, plants, landscapes
and details.
PHOTO SUBMISSION:
1) Each participant can submit up to 3 photographs.
2) Photos must be 400x300 pixels.
3) Email photos to campsbaycompetition@gmail.com.
4) Participants must not infringe on the privacy rights, copyright or other rights of any
person.
5) Any photograph submitted must be the participant’s own work. The participant must
be the sole author and owner of the copyright.
6) By entering your photograph into the competition, you grant to Atlantic Gold Portfolio
the right to use your images for promotion of the online photo competition and
for promotion of the website.
JUDGING:
Photographs are pre-selected by a panel of 2 nominated judges. These photographs will then be subject to an online web cast vote with the winner being the participant whose photograph obtained the most votes. The winner will be notified by email and displayed on the competition page.
OUR RIGHTS:
Atlantic Gold Portfolio reserves the right to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. Atlantic Gold Portfolio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
INDEMNITY:
Participants indemnify Atlantic Gold Portfolio of any responsibility in respect to damage or loss to participant’s belongings; death or injury as a result of the competition.
The judge’s decision is final; prizes can’t be exchanged and are subject to availability.
